Scan active test artifacts. Create backup and archive current test logs. Clear active Stripe test checkout sessions and webhook test logs. Reset old readiness file to production-safe state. Recheck final switch prep.

What this cleans

This does not touch Stripe keys, admin PIN, customer pages, technician app files, public website buttons, or production settings. It only archives and clears leftover active test artifacts. Tiny broom, not a bulldozer.
