This fixes imports where RepairShopr gave OpsDesk an email where the customer name should be. Because CSV columns are apparently tiny traps with headers.

Option 1: Auto display repair

This uses company name first. If company is blank, it derives a readable name from the email address. Example: john.smith@example.com becomes John Smith. It is not magic, but it is less terrible than showing raw email everywhere.

Option 2: Repair from RepairShopr CSV

Best option. Re-upload the RepairShopr customer CSV and OpsDesk will match existing customers by email or phone, then update name/company/phone from the CSV. This is the boring correct way. Naturally.
