Real customer feedback helps new customers know what to expect. If you want to leave a review, email us and it will be placed into a pending review queue for approval before it appears on the site.
Email your review
Send your review to reviews@thecompugeek.biz. Include your first name, city or business name if you want it shown, your star rating if you want one listed, and the review text you would like displayed.
What to include
Your first name, optional city or business name, a 1 to 5 star rating if you want one shown, and a short review of your experience.
How it works
Review emails are imported into WordPress as pending reviews. Nothing publishes automatically. You approve the review first, then it appears in the public reviews section.
Privacy
Do not include passwords, ticket details, invoice numbers, or private account information in a public review email.

If you need help with an issue, use the support portal instead of the review email so your request goes into the ticketing system.
