Plan Notes

One time remote support is billed at $49 for the first hour and $25 for each additional 30 minutes. A two hour multiple issue session is available for $79. Per device plans cover maintenance and monitoring for the listed device. Per user plans are designed for business support relationships and are priced by supported user. Onsite work, project work, hardware, software, and after hours service may be billed separately unless specifically included in your agreement.
