Terms of Service
Services are provided on a reasonable effort basis according to the issue, plan level, and information available at the time of support.
Support scope
- Remote support is available for many issues across Texas
- Onsite work and referrals are handled separately when needed
- Project work, hardware, software, and after hours service may be billed separately unless specifically included in a written agreement
Billing
- One time remote support is billed at the rates listed on the site
- Monthly plans renew according to the agreed billing cycle
- Invoices should be reviewed before payment and questions should be raised before submitting payment when possible
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and system information
- Back up important data when possible before service
- Provide lawful access to systems only when you are authorized to do so
